The cottage was very quiet and felt private even though it joined on to the owners' house. The upstairs sitting room was lovely - very large and comfortable with great views. You can continue driving along the pretty country road the cottage is on all the way to Bolton Abbey.

Short walk from Embsay Railway Station to catch steam train to Bolton Abbey. Great for family get-togethers.
